Which cardinal weapon would fit best each member?
This thought was brought by Marvel Rivals, cannot stop playing that game and Reed is becoming my favorite duelist. May actually write some stuff about the characters in shield hero like Adam Warlock or Loki, but anyways what weapon would best fit each of them from the four cardinal weapons?
I wonder how the story changes with the first family of Marvel as they would obviously stick together for the most part and the trial might not even happen depending on who has the shield, their powers are fairly balanced for the setting with maybe an exception for Sue since she can be really OP in the comics. Honestly they might change the political an the religious environment drastically due to their amazing powers, since they would be different from any record of previous heroes in the cases of Reed and Ben.
Raphtalia would be a tad unnecessary unless they are separated for some time or come across her outside of the slave tent, but I imagine they wouldn't let that little detail slide and Belouska's business would quickly be set a blaze. Same goes for Filo as she is extremely unlikely to appear in this scenario and if they did buy an egg the filolian would not be the main canon Filo since it would be raised by different people, not to mention it could be a different egg.
Most of the conflicts would be brand new since there isn't the screw up of other heroes to fix in this scenario, and the Fantastic Four would deal with the waves pretty well since they are good at team work. Glass might find herself biting of more than she could chew, same applies for Kyo and Takt as I don't think their canon tactics would wield the same results against the FF.
Not to mention how Reed is absurdly smart, enough that the status magic changing conveniental physics would only be a temporary road block, would find ways of developing technology far beyond the one shown in the series and I would expect the Fantasticar to be their main method of transportation once he finds a way to make the engine running. Like he literally created pocket dimensions and miniature universes with his tech, so I think he could figure out the differences in the physics of both worlds.
Not saying they wouldn't face challenges, but I feel they would be the ones changing the world around them more than the world itself changing the four.
